Pretty easy days ride to Larimah. Larimah is a small town, but the only activity we saw was in the pub. It has as its theme the Pink Panther. Seems odd and out of place and shoddily done. Everything about the place is ramshackle, but that typical of the highway. It is unusual for money to be spent on these places along the highway.

Attached to the pub is a 'zoo'. There is a crocodile, some kangaroos and emus, which all look a bit sad, but there is also the beautiful collection of native birds. I found the finches, if that's what they were, extremely beautiful. Tiny creatures with stunning plumage.
