Once again care is needed to ensure that vital plumbing services are not destroyed along the way. Mostly achieved with only bits and pieces of the old clay pipe chipped off. Now there is a big pile of concrete rubble to remove. Terry will organise for that to be done.

Tomorrow it will be all hands about to get the foundations sorted. It will require quarry rubble and a whacker. Darko has been roped in. Darko is a big man and seems to know a lot about lots. Knows a lot of people too. Darko was helping Chris move and they both called in when Chris came to have a look at how things were going. We decided to go to lunch up the street and there was a bloke at the venue who Darko and Terry know. It turns out he is a concrete finisher. Before you could say cold chips Darko sets things up for him to come and quote for finishing the concrete.

Matthew the plumber is also needed tomorrow to sort out where the plumbing trenches are needed.

And Chris will, finally, lay out the profiles for the studio. Big day.
